Cotoneaster Peking (Cotoneaster acutifolia) - Shrub Seedling

This shrub is best used as a hedge, or in groupings.  Valued for its showy fall colors.  Features dark green foliage throughout the growing season.  The dark green foliage turn an attractive shades of orange and red in fall.  It has shell pink flowers along the branches in mid spring.  This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and takes pruning very well which can be done at any time.

A fast growing shrub that is known for its exceptional hardiness and drought tolerance.  Pea-shaped yellow flowers in late spring.  Dark green lobed foliage.  Although it’s most commonly planted in shelterbelts, caragana is also an excellent hedge or feature shrub.
