Our Specialty

Specializing in F1 Saskatoon Berry seedlings, we offer an array of top-performing cultivars like JB30, Martin, Northline, Smoky, and Thiessen. Our seedlings are carefully cultivated in plug trays within specially constructed greenhouses, ensuring the best growing conditions. We also take pride in our diverse selection of other small fruit seedlings, including Chokecherries, Nanking Cherries, and Sea Buckthorn, catering to both personal and commercial needs.

Saskatoon Berry JB30 (Amelanchier alnifolia) - Shrub Seedling

This variety of Saskatoon berry is high yielding and produces juicy, flavourful fruit that ripen evenly on the cluster.  The berries are deep blue at maturity and can grow up to 15mm in diameter.  Exceptional taste and low sugar levels.

Very productive with some of the bigger berries.  Masses of large bloom clusters in early spring mature to clusters of delicious large, blue-skinned fruit.  Consistent ripening.

Saskatoon Berry Northline (Amelanchier alnifolia) - Shrub Seedling

A hardy shrub with leathery green foliage that turn orange in the fall.  Creamy white spring blooms are followed by edible black fruit that is good for fresh eating, pies,a nd jams.

Saskatoon Berry Smoky (Amelanchier alnifolia) - Shrub Seedling

Great for ornamental use with large white blooms in spring and glossy green foliage that changes to yellow-red colour in the fall.  Produces purplish-blue berries that can be used for fresh eating, pies, and jams.  Highest sugar to acid ratio.  Self-pollinating.  Cold hardy.

Saskatoon Berry Thiessen (Amelanchier alnifolia) - Shrub Seedling

One of the most productive saskatoons.  Great for ornamental use with white spring blooms and  glossy green foliage that turns yellow-red in fall.  Produces large, purplish-blue, full-flavoured fruit that can be used for fresh eating, pies, and preserves.  Self-pollinating.  Cold hardy.
